On May 5, 1941 Stalin is making a speech in the Kremlin’s Great Hall for the just graduated Military Academy cadets where he first time lauds the Soviet Red Army capability and explicitly delivers the message for the fresh army leaders [1] that the Soviet Red Army has with its reforms and modernization achieved capability, where they, the Soviet Union, can openly ditch the pursuit for the peace policies and commence with offensive tactics [2]. With that Stalin introduced to the world its Europe conquering plan “ГРОМ” ([GROM], Thunder) [3] which goal was preemptive strike on the Germany with the goal of destroying Wehrmacht and seize Berlin, from where the Red Army takes the course towards Portugal and Lisbon. The seeds for the operation Stalin sow in 1939 after carving Poland with Germany as allies when by signing the new Soviet-German border treaty were left strange westward salient pockets on the Southern and Norther flanks that would indicate to any specialist in the military conduct the concentrated armies there could launch fatal strike against the enemy with the pincer movement.

Iosif Vissarionovich Stalin on May 5, 1941: “The Red Army is a modern army, and a modern army is – an offensive army.”

Stalin: „Punaarmee on moodne armee, aga moodne armee – see on ründearmee.“

The Soviet Union and German border after 1939 carving of Poland with joint attack, where Stalin reserved himself westward salient pockets to destroy the German army with a pincer movement in two directions.

The day after the speech, May 6, 1941, Stalin takes among the General Secretary of the Party position also the Prime Minister of the Soviet Union one which is necessary for the Stalin’s imminent offensive against Germany and conquer of Europe to expand the foothold of the Bolshevism [5].

In May 1941 Stalin orders Molotov to drag whatever it costs to him the war with Germany by 2 months, into July 1941.

By June 13, 1941 Stalin has amassed to the Western borders of the Soviet Union army in the size of at least 12 divisions of rifle corp. without announcing general mobilization and moving the army units under the cover of the night darkness.

The widespread mantra in the West and widely populated by the Western historians “Stalin didn’t know of Hitler’s plan to attack” [7] doesn’t stand the test of the time in the light of new evidences and even by the March 30, 1941, when Adolf Hitler introduced to his 200 senior army staff leaders the “Barbarossa” plan, the Soviet Union had devised five (5) different plans to attack Germany by operation “ГРОМ”.

The fables of Richard Sorge bravery is leading thesis of the Soviet propaganda, despite the fact being a genuine Soviet Spy the leaders of the Soviet Union didn’t attempt in any way or shape rescue their compromised intel asset.
