On March 16, 2022 Telegram channel @rf200_now let the world know the child who escape besieged Mariupol on a car during agreed between the parties green corridor which was shelled by Russian army with BM-21 Grad MLRS cluster munition right when they arrived to the Ukraine army check point in Zaparozhya and got severely wounded died on the same day.
It has become increasingly clear Russian army is specifically targeting children, women, and mother with children in Mariupol since March 9. The number of reports Russian army precision air strikes on facilities where they are hiding or residing has become such prevailing narrative that it has to be targeted extermination of Ukraine genetic lineage.

A plea by Mariupol Drama theatre people to help them to evacuate at least women and children. They all have 39C temperature, even pregnant women, it’s unbearably horrendous condition what the people in Mariupol Drama theatre have to bear. This was recorded before the bombing. Probability they are alive is almost zero.

On March 14, Monday, there should have had been evacuation of Mariupol civilians from the city per agreement of the parties. It didn’t take place. Some developments happened on Tuesday where a column with 50 or more busses were allowed to enter the city. When the column left the city is unclear at the moment. Considering the travel distance, it probably spent the night in the city and on March 16 early morning moved out. The evacuees from Mariupol were heading to Zaparozhya. Per official reports at 15:30 Russian army shelled from rocker artillery BM-21 Grad MLRS cluster munition the evacuees at the destination. Per eyewitness testimonies they were almost reaching the destination and Ukraine army positions when Russian army rocker artillery opened fire on the column. The description they provided is something usually Russian army servicemen report when they’ve been totally decimated by Ukraine army. What has been known is many have died, including children, and this was a massacre.
The column with civilian evacuees from Mariupol contained 1565 cars 4329 civilians among whom were 1033 children.

Survivors used language that usually Russian army combatants use when Ukraine artillery decimates them.
“We survived. It was FUBAR (Fuck Up Beyond All Repairs). Maybe 5 died for certain. Or even more. Many wounded. There were already our forces. There. We got excited there are our forces. Fire was opened upon them. Also on the column”
Snippet of remains of the Mariupol evacuee column emerged on Twitter. It shows completely destroyed vehicle. Considering the capability of BM-21 Grad MLRS cluster munition it will destroy everything made from metal. Destruction of the foreground vehicle is on par with destruction Grad cluster munition delivers.

During the day time Russian Air Force bomber made an air raid on Mariupol business district “Neptun”, where pregnant women were having their meals. The chief of the building says:
“March 16, 2022 swimming pool “Neptun”. This arrived today. A bomb. Have a look what happened. Air raid. I was in the charge, fed 5 persons in a day. I’m Makism Tkach. An air bomb was dropped. This is what I show you. A pregnant woman was crushed, everything inside collapsed. In the building were pregnant women and women with up to 3 years old children, no Ukraine army servicemen. At the moment efforts are undertaken to dug out the pregnant woman under the rubble. If there will be developments, I’ll do a new video.”

Russian media pre-announced bombardment of Mariupol theatre on March 16 afternoon. Several social network handles and Russian state outlets started to publish artificially produced content where they falsely claimed defenders of Regiment “Azov” are residing in Mariupol theatre.
“Breaking! Just a moment ago a combatant of the Nazi regiment “Azov” ditched their own and switched the side. He asked for anonymity and we are guaranteed it as his family is on the territory under control of Ukraine fearing for his deed they will be cut to pieces by the other Ukraine Nazis.
He told lot of interesting that serves operative purpose on atrocities that are committed by Ukraine Nazis in Mariupol. Most importantly the headquarters of Ukraine combatants is located in the basement of Mariupol Drama theatre and he theatre hall is fully packed with civilians who have been guarded by 12 regiment “Azov” combatants to prevent them escaping. “
The style of messaging and the style of conduct is carbon copy of Mariupol maternity ward air bombing on March 9. Russian army is using a well-rehearsed method of hybrid warfare where the military operations are announced by artificially created content that has nothing to do with the reality but solidifies the narrative. Most shocking is the revelation what Russian media outlets and paid social network handles publish is the very deed Russian army does and Soviet Union has always implemented. They project what they would do on the enemy in efforts to inflict the destruction on civilians to reduce fighting capability of the opponent army. Russian army servicemen know they are killing civilians per orders of Russian army General Staff and that is not a sin, just the need is to survive and loot how much is possible.
The message on Telegram was posted 14:57 half an hour before Russian army shelled the Mariupol evacuee’s column in Zaparozhya. They knew they will kill the escaped civilians and exterminated in couple of hours 1500 civilians sheltering in Mariupol Drama theatre.

Several hours after Mariupol Drama theatre was bombed with a 1000 kg areal bomb Russian state news outlet RIA Novosti officially stated
“Russian MoD denies Kiev claims of alleged air strike on Drama theatre I Mariupol where might have been civilians as hostage”.
The news got elaborated few minutes later by the same Russian state news outlet RIA Novosti
“Combatants of national battalion “Azov” committed a new bloody provocation by blowing up with explosives planted by them theatre building in Mariupol,” state Russian Defence Ministry noting the theatre building have never been considered as a target considering the potential danger for the lives of civilians.”

When Russian Air Force bombarded Mariupol Drama theatre is unknown but around 18:39 pictures of completely destroyed building started to emerge. What is especially notable is Russian army change of tactics where they are now dropping the bombs right on the buildings and not Infront of them. The change of tactics is now to kill as many as possible under the rubble of the building.
No news how many might have survived from 1500 civilians taking shelter there.

This is the last hospital in Mariupol that is capable of taking wounded civilians. The head doctor of the hospital shows to the reports the deceased who came in as wounded but could not be saved. He doesn’t know who they are, no info on relatives or how to bury them. Assumes they have to dig mass graves to bury them still remaining as unknown persons.

Statement made by Regiment “Azov” after Mariupol Drama theatre bombing.
“Slava Ukraine It’s difficult for me to comment on today’s events in Mariupol, because enemy aircraft don’t stop the bombing even for a moment. They’re destroying everything that has survived in this city. Their artillery and MLRS works. Tanks around the city shoot just passers-by People are dying under the rubble, people are dying under the direct impact of air bombs. Putin’s bastards are taking over hospitals, taking hostages, disguising themselves in civilian clothes, drawing red crosses on their cars, in violation of all international conventions. At 3:30 p.m., a column of those who managed to get out of the city in their own vehicles was shot from “Grad” near Zaporizhia. The symbol of Mariupol, the Drama Theater, where 1,000 civilians were hiding, was destroyed. And it was done deliberately. They knew there were civilians. They also bombed the Neptune pool, where pregnant women with children hid and there were also many civilians. I don’t know why the world allows them to commit such terrible crimes. This is genocide! Genocide against the people of Ukraine! Against the Nation! They sow terror, they sow fear. But they also sowed hatred that would last for centuries.
I want the whole Ukraine to know that the defenders of this city, the military, are not just fulfilling their duty to defend the motherland, but a thousand times more. They beat the enemy with their last ounce of strength. They beat the enemy without pity, without a doubt. Even the devils are turning over in hell! How many enemy equipment was burned and how many enemy infantry were killed? No one even counts any more.
